Modern technology has retrained our brains to seek ongoing stimulation. Studies show that people check their phones on average 96 times a day. These interruptions prevent us from engaging deeply with our thoughts, stifling creativity and diminishing our motivation.

This small investment can gradually expand as you grow more comfortable. Many individuals have reported marking 15 to 30 minutes of silence into their daily routines, discovering newfound insights and balance in their lives.
