  3. Skillful Negotiators: People pleasers are adept at understanding diverse perspectives. This skill enables them to excel in conflict resolution, making them valuable team players in both personal and professional settings. For instance, in workplace negotiations, their ability to empathize with different views can lead to win-win situations.


The Cons of Being a People Pleaser
